How do we get started?
The way the process works is that we have a complimentary initial call, to determine whether we both work well together. At the time of that call, I'll share with you information about how my practice works. I work in intensive, short-term containers, depending on your needs and goals. I will then provide a written estimate of the bespoke plan I construct especially for you. Once you have submitted your deposit, we will schedule your first session. FYI, I often have a waiting list of about 3-4 months.
