I hold a PhD in Somatic Psychology. My approach blends Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Somatics, and trauma-informed care.​

At the core of most relationship pain is something simple and devastating: you're with someone you love and you can't reach each other anymore. Maybe it's been a slow build, or maybe a sudden crisis like infidelity.

I've spent 15 years counseling couples in that place. Some of them found their way back to each other. Some found the clarity to leave well. Both outcomes are worth fighting for.

I have tons of experience being with couples who are where you are now. That means I can be with you when things are messy, when you or your partner is freaking out, or when the despair and betrayal feels endless.

I'm also in a long-term relationship myself, happy for 14 out of 16 years. We've hit bottom twice, and made it through, both times deepening into a more intimate and happier marriage.
