Somatic Coaching for Leaders

I help leaders recover from fallout/burnout
and
build powerfully alive work cultures.

Somatic Coaching for the workplace and leaders

What is somatic leadership coaching?

Somatic leadership coaching helps you lead from your body, not just your intellect.
You learn to stay present in the heat of the moment, to feel what is true, and to act from your deepest values. This work builds your capacity to navigate pressure, conflict, and visibility with clarity and care.
It supports you in holding power with integrity, rather than force.
Many of the leaders I work with have been through painful experiences.
They have been called out, canceled, or pushed to the edge of their capacity. They have lost touch with the original spark that brought them to this work. Inspiration feels distant, vision becomes clouded, and confidence slips away.
Somatic leadership coaching offers a space to rebuild from within.
Together, we tend to the wounds, recover your dignity, and reconnect you to the deeper why that makes your leadership matter.
My book How to Hold Power offers the foundation for this approach to leadership. It outlines a path to power that is relational, embodied, and liberatory. In coaching, we bring those ideas into practice. You will learn to notice your patterns, shift your responses, and lead in ways that align with the world you are trying to build.

How can somatic leadership coaching help you?

1. When you practice being embodied, you can feel yourself. You know your boundaries. You can be present with yourself.

2. Once you are present with yourself, you can communicate what is true and important. You practice repairing conflict mindfully. You normalize a culture of feedback and care.

3. When you communicate with care and integrity, authentic relationships become possible.

Thriving, authentic relationships build vibrant workplaces where everyone flourishes.

What's the magic of somatics/embodiment?
Well, somatics both is and isn't magic. It works so effectively, it feels like magic!
But actually, somatic learning reveals the inherent wisdom of your body.
Through learning to place attention on your inner experience, you become aware of what matters most.
Then you practice being the leader you want to be.
Consider:
  • Your body is the most basic resource of your leadership.
  • While you may have tried other things, your body is where change can happens most quickly.
Does having a better relationship with your body to level up your leadership sound good?
