Salty Sweet follows one couple through the actual work of relational healing. Not actors or a highlight reel of a relationship that's already fixed. The real sessions, the friction and the repair, salt and sweet both, so couples suffering in silence can hear themselves in it and know there's a way through.
I'm Dr. Pavini Moray, a Relational Life Therapy practitioner and Somatic Coach with 15+ years of experience and a strong track record helping couples move through the stuck places into relationships that actually work. I'm looking for the first couple now.

I've spent 15+ years working with couples at the edge of giving up, and watched most of them find their way back. I trained in Relational Life Therapy with Terry Real, hold a PhD in Somatic Psychology, and run couples intensives where, by day three, couples consistently leave clearer, more connected, and many recommit to each other on the spot.
Our goal isn't a polished happily-ever-after. It's the true story, so the couples listening in silence know there's a way through.

What actually happens in a session?
The same work I do with any couple in my practice: real-time Relational Life Therapy and somatic coaching, aimed at transforming the pattern that's kept you stuck, and getting you free.
Will people know it's us?
Only if you want them to. We record audio only. You decide whether to use your real names and voices.
What if we start and want to stop?
You can. This is your relationship first and a podcast second.
How do you pick the couple?
I'm reading applications now and looking for a couple with eight or more years together and real willingness to do the work on record.
Does this cost anything?
No. The three to five sessions are free, and you'll also get a voucher toward a discounted intensive.
How do we apply?
